At Randhawala, each product is handcrafted from natural Makrana marble and brass. Due to the fragile nature of these products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or non-defective items. We offer exchanges or replacements only in the situations outlined below, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered because:
- Marble products are highly fragile and may be damaged during reverse transit.
- Every piece is handcrafted and may feature natural variations in texture, veining, and color, which are not defects.
Please review product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
2. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives broken, chipped, cracked, or materially damaged during delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement.
To claim a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damaged product and packaging.
Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for transit damage; the remedy provided is replacement of the same product.
3. Exchange Eligibility
An exchange is available only if:
- You receive the wrong product, or
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The exchanged item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Our team will provide the return shipping instructions after the request is approved.
4. Items Not Eligible
The following are not considered valid reasons for exchange or replacement:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor natural variations in marble veining or shade
- Normal handcrafted irregularities that do not affect functionality
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, impact, or improper handling
